Two Hats Travel Consultants will provide you with a custom trip summary and a detailed daily itinerary including booked hotels, transportation, restaurants, excursions, and a personalized map based on the individual client’s request. Recommendations for travel during the Covid-19 Pandemic will also be included in your travel package.
Consulting Services: With this option, Two Hats Travel Consultants will provide personal attention and detailed information for you to book your own vacation, including hotel, restaurant, and excursion recommendations.
Please check your itinerary information upon receipt and verify that all information is correct. Two Hats Travel Consultants will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to our attention immediately.
Two Hats Travel Consultants offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Two Hats Travel Consultants does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Two Hats Travel Consultants acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the client’s benefit. Two Hats Travel Consultants shall not be responsible for any operating failures outside of their control, loss, damage, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith or may arise out of or during your scheduled travel.
Customer agrees and understands that Two Hats Travel Consultants is not responsible for any damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of acts of God, social or labor unrest, bio-safety concerns, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climatic conditions or any other actions or omissions beyond Two Hats Travel Consultants ’ control. In the event an airline or travel vendor declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or to provide funds. Money given to our agency immediately becomes the property of the airline or travel vendor as required by law. Two Hats Travel Consultants is not allowed to provide refunds for vendors who have declared bankruptcy. You are responsible for reading the pre-trip information material and bringing with you all of the appropriate clothing and equipment, as well as acting in accordance with the customs and laws of the regions visited.
U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport and bio-safety requirements for entry. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents, bio-safety requirements, for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. Citizens.
I assume and understand that there is a risk involved with my travel and my travel activities and/or excursions. I acknowledge that I have been informed about purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance. The undersigned Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Two Hats Travel Consultants.
